Khalil Othman, a fourty-year-old from Safariya village of Ein al Arab city in Aleppo governorate eastern suburbs, his body was found by residents on near Khneiz village of Ein al Arab city, on June 27, 2022, bearing stabbing wounds in the head.
The area is controlled by the Syrian Democratic Forces. SNHR has so far been unable to identify the party responsible for his death. Although the controlling forces in the area bear responsibility for revealing the party responsible for the killing, these forces haven’t launched any investigation, which indicates they may be involved in this murder and similar incidents.
