Four civilians, including one special-needs person, were killed on February 27, 2025, by unidentified gunmen in al-Khrab village in the rural areas of Banyas city in rural Tartus governorate. The area is under the control of the current transitional authorities in Syria.
The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) is still trying to locate eyewitnesses to obtain more information about the incident.
