A man, identified as 25-year-old Abboud Mnoukh al-Sari from Theyban town in eastern rural Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was killed on February 10, 2025, by gunfire of unidentified source in Theyban town. The area is under the control of Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).
The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) has not yet been able to identify who was responsible for Abboud’s death as of this writing. The controlling forces must uphold their responsibilities in identifying his killers.
