A man, identified as Eisa Ibrahim al-Abd from Manbij city yin eastern rural Aleppo governorate who worked as a taxi driver, was shot and killed on December 28, 2024, by armed opposition/ Syrian National Army (SNA) members near al-Shar’iya Roundabout in Manbij city. The area is under the control of armed opposition factions/ Syrian National Army (SNA).
The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) notes that armed opposition factions/SNA have violated international human rights law through this act of killing. The perpetrators must be held accountable.
