The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) recorded, in an initial estimate, that 36 Syrian refugees, including six women and 11 children at least, were killed by Israeli airstrikes that targeted a number of towns in southern Lebanon on September 23, 2024.
SNHR is still trying to locate eyewitnesses to obtain more information about the incident.
SNHR condemns all killings of civilians.
