A boy and man sustained moderate injuries on May 9, 2024, when unidentified parties targeted al-Sheikh Nasser village in al-Bab city in eastern Aleppo governorate with multiple shells and rockets. The area is under the control of the Syrian National Army (SNA).
The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) suspects that the source of the attack was either Syrian regime forces or Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), considering that it originated from the direction of their territories. Investigations are still ongoing to identify the party responsible.
