On April 24, 2024, the body of a man bearing gunshot wounds, who was identified as Mohammad Mahmoud al-Kebsh from Owaijel village in western rural Aleppo governorate, was found by local residents inside his car on Nayyara Road in eastern Izaz city in eastern rural Aleppo governorate. The area is under the control of the Syrian National Army (SNA).
The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) has not yet been able to identify Mohammad’s killers as of this writing, with the controlling forces bearing responsibility for identifying his killers.
