Civilian Khalil Ibrahim al-Farwan was shot dead by a stray bullet on March 26, 2023, during crossfire between the Syrian regime’s Eighth Brigade and a group accused by the Eighth Brigade of banditry and theft in Inkhil city in the northern suburbs of Daraa governorate.
The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) condemns the killing and holds the controlling forces, namely Syrian regime forces, responsible for holding the perpetrators accountable.
