Dr. Abdul Majid Faisal al-Killish, a 51-year-old surgeon from al-Sanamayn city in the northern suburbs of Daraa governorate, was abducted on March 11, 2023, by gunmen who we have not been able to identify while he was travelling from Daraa city to al-Sanamayn city. He was taken to an undisclosed location.
The area is under the control of Syrian regime forces. The Syrian Network for Human Rights has not been able to identify Dr. Abdul Majid’s abductors as of this writing. We condemn all abductions and arbitrary arrests.
