Ahmad Ebied Khalaf al-Salem was killed on November 15, 2022, by a stray gunshot fired by Syrian regime forces in his homecity of al-Boukamal city, eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate.
The Syrian Network for Human Rights notes that Syrian regime forces have violated international human rights law through the act of killing. Those who were responsible for the violation must be held accountable.
