Fawzi Awad al-Msalma, aged 42, a grocery store worker from the Tareeq al-Sad neighborhood of Daraa city, was killed on November 9, 2022, by a stray bullet fired in clashes between local Daraa fighters and gunmen believed to be affiliated with ISIS in his local neighborhood.
