Mohammad Ibrahim al-Khalaf, from al-Hrijiya village in northern Deir Ez-Zour governorate. He was shot dead on November 3, 2022 by Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) who raided his place of residence in Ruayshid village, which is administratively affiliated with Sour Shamal town, Deir Ez-Zour governorate.
SNHR notes that, through the act of killing, SDF forces have violated the international human rights law. The perpetrators must be held accountable.
