Abd al-Khaleq al-Ali, from Ras al Ein city, northwest of Hasaka governorate, was killed when members of the Syrian National Army shot him in Ras al Ein, on October 22, 2022.
The Syrian Network for Human Rights points out that the Syrian National Army forces have committed a violation of international human rights law through the killing, and the perpetrator must be held accountable.
