Abdul Rahman Muhammad al Hamoud, a civilian from al Kassar village near al Basira city in eastern Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was shot dead by ISIS members in al Kassar village, on October 10, 2022, for allegedly working with the Syrian Democratic Forces.
SNHR notes that ISIS has again violated international human rights law through this killing, for which the perpetrators must be held accountable.
