Syrian regime forces artillery fired several mortar shells on Tadeil village in Aleppo governorate western suburbs, on September 10, 2022. The shelling damaged several houses severely, while no injuries were recorded.

SNHR condemns all bombardment of civilian residential areas by the Syrian regime forces, as well as indiscriminate attacks without distinction between civilian area and military objectives.

The international community should put pressure on the Syrian regime and its allies to force them to compensate the displaced victims, rehabilitate homes and vital centers, support the political transition process, and press all parties to pursue implementation of political transition according to a strict timetable which must not exceed six months, thus enabling millions of refugees and IDPs to return home.
