Muhammad Suleiman al Dmairi, from Talbisa city north of Homs governorate, born in 1987, was abducted by unidentified gunmen on July 25, 2022 while he was in al Mshajar al Shamali neighborhood in Talbisa city. On July 28, 2022, residents found his body cut into pieces east of Talbisa city. 

The region is under the control of the Syrian regime forces. SNHR was unable to identify the party responsible for the killing as of this writing. The controlling forces are responsible for revealing the perpetrating party, but there has been no such investigation, which raises doubts over its involvement in these incidents.
