A twenty-two-year-old, Abdul Karim Nouri Za’yan al Kabsh, from al Matyaha village south of Hasaka governorate, was found by residents in Abo Khashab village in Deir Ez-Zour northern suburbs, on July 24, 2022, bearing gunshot wounds. The region is under the control of the Syrian Democratic Forces.
