Mrs. Sanaa Hasan Safi and Hamza Amin Ali were killed, and several others were wounded after the armed opposition faction, the National Front for the Liberation of Syria’s missile launchers fired several missiles on Nabl al Khatib village in western Hama governorate on July 22, 2022.
SNHR notes that the National Front for the Liberation of Syria has undoubtedly violated the United Nations Security Council’s resolutions 2139 and 2254 which prohibit any further indiscriminate attacks, as well as violating the rules of international humanitarian law which stress the distinction between civilians and combatants, which spread terror and panic among civilians.
