Muhammad Fateh Khalaf al Daham and another civilian (we were unable to identify his name) were shot and killed on July 4, 2022 by Syrian Democratic Forces personnel during a raid on a house in al Zar village of al Basira city in eastern Deir Ez-Zour governorate.
SNHR notes that the Syrian Democratic Forces have violated the International Human Rights Law through this killing, and the perpetrators must be held accountable.
