The body of Hasan Muhammad Ali al Dahi, born in 2000, from al Tabaqa city in western Raqqa governorate, was found in Alexandria neighborhood in al Tabaqa city on June 29, 2022, bearing gunshot wounds.
The area is controlled by the Syrian Democratic Forces. SNHR has so far been unable to identify the party responsible for his death. Although the controlling forces in the area bear responsibility for revealing the party responsible for the killing, these forces haven’t launched any investigation, which indicates they may be involved in this murder and similar incidents.
