The child Muhammad Abdul Latif Hussein al Hafni, born in 2009, and the child Ahmad Fuad Hussein al Hafni, born 2010, were killed by a targeted missile fired on a house in Arab Hasan of Manbej city in Aleppo governorate eastern suburbs, on June 29, 2022.
SNHR notes that, through this attack, the Syrian National Army Forces have undoubtedly violated United Nations Security Council resolutions 2139 and 2254 which stipulate an end to all indiscriminate attacks.
The Syrian National Army has also violated the rules of international humanitarian customary law regarding the need to discriminate between civilians and combatants, spreading fear among civilians.
