Abdul Mawla Abdul Latif al Hasan, a forty-five-year-old from al Sheikh Mskeen in northern Daraa governorate, agreed to a security settlement with the Syrian regime previously. His body was found on the road between Dael city and Ibta town in northern Daraa governorate on June 21, 2022, bearing gunshot wounds.

The area is controlled by the Syrian regime forces. SNHR has so far been unable to identify the party responsible for her death. Although the controlling forces in the area bear responsibility for revealing the party responsible for the killing, these forces haven’t launched any investigation, which indicates they may be involved in this murder and similar incidents.
