At least 3 civilians from the same family, including 2 children, were killed and two other children were wounded by a mortar shell on a home after clashes between members of the Third Brigade of the Syrian National Army and members of the 32nd Battalion of Ahrar al Sham which is an addition to the Third Brigade of the Syrian National Army in Abla village of al Bab city in the eastern suburbs of Aleppo governorate on June 18, 2022.
SNHR was unable to identify which party was responsible for killing the civilians so fare, and condemns the incident, and hold the controlling forces accountable.
