Clashes near al Ka’eiba Refugees Camp near al Ka’eiba village of Akhtarin town in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, between members of al Muetasem Battalion and members of Ahrar al Sharqiya, both part of the Syrian National Army on June 12, 2022, caused panic and fear among the residents of the camp and a tent was damaged.

SNHR was unable to identify which party was responsible for killing the civilians so fare, and condemns the incident, and hold the controlling forces accountable.
