Eighty-year-old, Beyram Ma’mo, from Bulbul town of Afrin city north of Aleppo governorate, passed away in the military hospital in Afrin city on April 21, 2022, due to wounds sustained on April 7, 2022 in stray fire during a shootout between members of al Hamza Brigade and al Sham Corps, both factions of the Syrian National Army in Bulbul town, which is under the Syrian National Army’s control.

SNHR has  so far been unable to identify the faction responsible for Beyram’s death as of this writing. The controlling forces are responsible for revealing the perpetrators and holding them accountable.
