Tareq Muhi al Din al Halaqi, abducted by unidentified gunmen on April 20, 2022, near Jasem city west of Daraa governorate. On April 21, 2022, his body was found by residents in al Alia area near Jasem city bearing gunshot wounds.
The area is under the control of the Syrian regime forces, SNHR has yet been unable to identify the party responsible for the killings so far.
Although the controlling forces in the area bear responsibility for revealing the party responsible for the killings, these forces haven’t launched any investigation, which indicates they may be involved in this murder and similar incidents.
