The explosion of an IED from an unknown source at Ghuwairan neighborhood in Hasaka city on March 22, 2022. Two children were wounded, and several shops were damaged.
SNHR condemns all explosions that target civilians and vital facilities and calls on the controlling forces to assume their responsibility for protecting civilians in areas under their control, and to launch an investigation into this incident and reveal its conclusions to the public.
