The body of Samer Hisham al Satti from Tseel town west of Daraa governorate was found bearing gunshot wounds near the Automatic Bakery in the town on March 21, 2022.
Tseel town is under the control of the Syrian regime forces, and SNHR so far unable to identify the party responsible for his murder.
The controlling forces are responsible for identifying the perpetrators, they have yet to open an investigation into this killing, which raises questions about their involvement in this incident and other similar incidents.
