An IED from an unknown source exploded near the National Hospital on ‘23rd  February  Street’ in the center of Raqqa city on March 1, 2022, damaging the wall surrounding the hospital.
SNHR condemns all explosions targeting civilians and vital facilities, and calls on the controlling forces to assume their responsibility for protecting the civilian population in areas under their control and to launch an investigation into this incident and reveal the conclusions of this investigation to the public.
