Naser Faisal al Jarrah from Zgheir Jazira village in the western suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate was shot and killed on February 10, 2022, by Syrian Democratic forces personnel in a raid on the river crossing in the village.
SNHR notes that the Syrian Democratic Forces have again violated international human rights law through these killings, and the perpetrators must be held accountable.
