Mohammad Azad Hasan, a child from al Mufti neighborhood in Hasaka city, born in 2007, was abducted there for conscription by Syrian Democratic Forces personnel on January 26, 2022, and taken to one of the group’s recruitment centers.
SNHR notes that the child’s parents weren’t informed of his conscription, and he hasn’t been allowed to communicate with them, while  they aren’t allowed to visit him.  We fear he may be deployed, directly or indirectly, in military operations. SNHR confirms that at least 156 children are still in Syrian Democratic Forces’ conscription camps.
