A child from Jahbal village of Ein Eisa city in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, named as Abdul Rahim Saleh Mohammad, was killed in artillery shelling of the village by Syrian National Army forces on January 22, 2022.
SNHR confirms that, with this attack, the Syrian National Army forces have undeniably violated UN Security Council Resolutions 2139 and 2254 that prohibit arbitrary attacks, as well as willfully disregarding international humanitarian law regarding the distinction between civilians and combatants.
