A fire broke out due to misuse of heating devices in al Muqawama IDP camp near Shamarekh village in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate on December 27, 2021, causing minor burns to a woman and completely destroying a tent.
SNHR calls on international relief organizations to provide the camps’ residents with urgently needed essential provisions immediately and to provide the camps’ administration with a number of tents for emergency cases.
