On November 23, 2021, the outskirts of Jozef village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate were attacked by forces using artillery shells whose source SNHR haven’t yet been identified as of this writing, with the primary parties suspected of responsibility for the attack being Russian and Syrian regime forces, since the shelling emanated from an area controlled by them. The investigation process is still underway to specifically identify the party responsible for the bombing.
One of the shells landed on a house, seriously injuring a civilian there, in addition to severely damaging the structure of the house.
