A man, named as Abdul Nahar al Mjawel, was shot dead on November 8, 2021, by Syrian Democratic Forces personnel while he was trying to flee from them as they raided his home in al Sabha village which is administratively a part of al Bseira city in Deir Ez-Zour suburbs.
SNHR notes that Syrian Democratic Forces have committed another violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
