The body of a man from Kafr Sajna village in south of Idlib governorate, named Abdullah Jmail al Sbeih, was discovered by locals in al Bardaqli area in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate on October 4, 2021, bearing gunshot wounds.
Although the SNHR is unable to identify the party responsible for the civilian’s killing, the area is under the joint control of Armed Opposition Factions and Hay’at Tahrir al Sham. Despite the controlling forces bearing responsibility for revealing the perpetrator’s identity, they have not launched any investigation which increases the suspicion of their involvement in the killing.
