A man, named as Muhammad Abbadi Saleh al Menkar, from al Zer village which is administratively a part of al Bseira city in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was shot dead by Syrian Democratic Forces personnel in a raid on the village on September 26, 2021.
SNHR notes that the SDF have committed another violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
