Syrian National Army artillery forces fired shells at Um al Keif village which is administratively a part of Tal Tamer town in the northwestern suburbs of Hasaka governorate on September 25, 2021, with one of the shells landing near the village’s silos building, partially damaging the building’s structure.
SNHR can confirm that the building is free of any military presence and equipment.
SNHR condemns this attack and calls on the SNA to bear the responsibility for the attack, launch an investigation into the incident and hold the perpetrator accountable.
