A 35-year-old man, named as Majid Sharif al Awad, from al Debs village which is administratively a part of Ein Eisa city in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, was shot dead on September 21, 2021, by Syrian National Army personnel in the village.
We note that the Syrian National Army has committed another violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
