A man, named as Hussam Qedrou, was shot dead on September 8, 2021, by Syrian regime forces personnel while he was passing near a military checkpoint in Dael city in the northern suburbs of Daraa governorate.
SNHR notes that Syrian regime forces have committed another violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
