Syrian Democratic Forces used a missile launcher to fire a missile at the Afrin health directorate building in Afrin city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate on July 25, 2021, partially damaging the building’s structure and equipment inside.
SNHR notes that the targeted area is a civilian one and free of any military presence or equipment.
SNHR condemns all attacks targeting official buildings and calls on the SDF to bear responsibility for the attack, conduct investigations into all such incidents and hold the perpetrators accountable.
