At least seven civilians, including four children and their mother, from the same family were killed while about seven other civilians were injured on July 22, 2021, when their home in south Ebleen village in Jabal al Zaweya in southern suburbs of Idlib governorate was attacked using an artillery shell whose origin hasn’t been identified yet, with the primary parties suspected of responsibility for the attack being Russian and Syrian regime forces, since the shelling emanated from an area controlled by them. The investigation process is still underway to identify the party responsible for the shelling.
