A man, named as Ali al Daher al Jeisi, from Terwaziyet al Jada’a village which is administratively a part of Slouk town in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate was shot dead on July 13, 2021, when Syrian Democratic Forces opened fire at a group of vehicles loaded with fuel in the village.
SNHR notes that the Syrian Democratic Forces have committed another violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
