A man, named as Ahmad al Khaz’al, from al Mahmoudiya village which is administratively a part of Ras al Ein city in the northwestern suburbs of Hasaka suburbs, was shot dead on June 9, 2021, by a member of the Syrian National Army in the village, following an argument between them.
SNHR notes that the Syrian National Army has committed another violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
