A man from al Qameshli city in the northeastern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, named as Samer Muhammad al Allou, died on April 24, 2021, due to wounds inflicted in clashes between Syrian Democratic Forces and Syrian regime’s National Defense forces in Tai neighborhood in the city, which is controlled by SDF.
SNHR is unable to identify the party responsible for Samer’s death as of this writing while the controlling forces bear the responsibility to reveal the perpetrators’ identity.
