A man from Theyban town in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, named as Allawi Hussein al Hassoun, was shot dead by Syrian Democratic Forces personnel near Euphrates River in the town on April 23, 2021.
SNHR notes that the Syrian Democratic Forces have committed another violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
