A man, named as Hamid Keyari, was killed on April 13, 2021, while other two civilians were injured when a grenade exploded while Hamid was messing with it in al Eman IDP Camp near Izaz city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, with the blast also partially damaging an IDP tent. SNHR is still trying to contact witnesses to obtain more details of the incident.
We condemn the phenomenon of widespread and indiscriminate weapons availability among civilians without any constraints, with the controlling forces bearing the responsibility for controlling such phenomena.
