The murdered body of a displaced man from al Sarman village in the eastern suburbs of Idlib governorate, named as Khalaf Trad al Musa, who was living in Keftin camp complex in the north of Idlib, was found inside his tent in al Manhal Camp on January 24, 2021.
Although the SNHR is unable to identify the party responsible for the killing, the area is under the joint control of the Armed opposition and Hay’at Tahrir al Sham. Despite the controlling forces bearing responsibility for revealing the perpetrator’s identity, they have not launched any investigation into the killing, which increases the suspicion of their involvement in it.
