A child, named as Ahmad Zakkour Idris, was shot dead by a stray bullet of unknown origin while he was with his father in Izaz city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate on December 23, 2020. SNHR has so far been unable to identify the party responsible for the killing up to the time of writing, while the controlling forces bear responsibility for revealing the perpetrator’s identity.
