A man from Tal Abyad city in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, named as Bashar al Saed, was shot dead by personnel of the Syrian National Army in the city’s market on November 28, 2020. SNHR notes that the Syrian National have committed a violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
